M3 pattern personal armor



The M3 armor is based on the french armed forces' Cuirasse de Combat and consists of a sandwich of materils moulded to form a rigid shell. The M3 comes in several peices. the main component is a rigid vest, whitch protects the thoracic-abdominal region, front-and-back, between the groin and neck. This comprises a two-peice clamshell secured at the sides by plastic clips

M10 Pattern Ballistic helmat

Which incorporates a tactical camera, audio microphone, IFF transmitter and a PRC 489/4 receiver/transmitter system. In addition, the helmet also mounts a passive infrared sight, which flips down over the right eye. This projects IR images from the thermal imaging facility built into the tactical camera, superimposing them over the background as in Heads Up Display.

Hand Welder

This is light weight and is mainly used to Fix and repair equipment. It can also be used to weld doors locked. Which is very useful if someones really after you you can just lock them out. Can unweld doors too if someone locks you out.:)

Shoulder Lamp

This is very useful in dark areas and helps marines see there targets better in dark places. This lamp uses batteries or power cells has enogh energy for about 5 hours worth. The shoulder lamp hooks on to the back/shoulder area of the M3 Pattern Personal Armor. The shoulder lamp is very light weight. Diffrent lights can be used for diffrent purposes also.

Motion Tracker

The modern motion tracker is a simple surveillance device originally designed for use by rescue and police services. Essentially, it is a high-powerd ultra-sound scanner that uses doppler-shift discrimination to filter out moveing objects from the stationary backgroung. Range: 1000m in opeb country, 20m in buil-up areas.

Combat Knife

This weapon is a standard issue marine knife, it uses light weight alloys and very sharp. Marines can also get special type to put on machine guns like bayonets. A marine normally carries one of these in a pouch on their combat boots.

M5 Reverse Projection Armor

This armor is a full body armor. What this does is it simply projects what's behind you to the front of your armor and vise versa. Thus making you appear invisible to enemies. This armor uses a battery that lasts for up to 2 1/2 hours of projecting then you can be seen.

Gloves

The glove cut down on the friction between your hand and the rifle, mostly used by smart gunners due to the targeting system auto-aiming that jerks the gun in the direction of a target can often wear on the hands.

Combat Boots

These are normal issue boots of the USCM. They are leather and are water proof.

Night Vision Goggles

The night vision goggles help marines see even better in dark places and these goggles even track movement and an arrow will appear pointing in the direction of a moving object.

Battledress Utilities (BDUs)

Normally utility fatigues are shirts, caps boots, pants and They come in patterns for jungle, desert, arctic climates.
